"I walked in yesterday with small weld repair for my 2002 John Deere lawn tractor muffler which was broken in three pieces. Being my first visit, I entered into the shop area and was immediately escorted to the front desk to process my order. The gentleman who led me in stayed with me as I explained to the lady in charge what I needed and how I was hopeful for a quick turn-around. As a team, they assessed what could be done and that they would do their best to get this ASAP. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call around noon the next day, my unit was completely finished and ready for pick up. Top notch repair done with the customer's time in mind and every single person was gracious beyond standards of today if you've shopped recently for customer service of any kind. I'll definitely make M&M my first choice and will recommend this firm to all my friends and family. Although it is more than apparent small repairs like mine are not necessarily M&M's mainstay; they took care of a "neighbor in the community" as if I were on their regular production client list which is impressive in it's own right. Go there first, the job you need done quickly and correctly the first time thru the gate might just depend it. Thanks to all, "I'll be back."
